Union Park is a unique creative office & retail environment located in Historic Oak Park. No distracting co-working spaces. This is grown up stuff (sort of). It's time to get out of the house, get your own private office, reclaim your productivity and get back to work!

The project is located at 3400 Broadway; the most visible intersection in
Oak Park where Broadway, 34th Street and 2nd Avenue meet.
Surrounded by everything you need: coffee, restaurants, post office, shopping, parks and whatever you will add to the neighborhood!

Do you own a production company? Operate a creative marketing firm? Restore vintage synthesizers? Curate vintage knick-knackery???
Whatever your creative passion is, we probably have a space for you.
This is a place for makers and thinkers to come together to collaborate on the rooftop decks, large central grove, restaurant patio or simply work in their private office or retail space.
Get out and collaborate with other doers, or stay in your office, enjoy the views and just think in peace.

Our spaces range from a single 8'x20' office or retail to a 20'x40' office or restaurant and everything in between.
Most spaces include free electricity, water, sewer, wifi, janitorial services, landscaping and trash services.
